Terms & Conditions

1. PAYMENT TERMS: 100% advance payment is required to confirm the order. No goods/services will be delivered/rendered until full payment is received.

2. INVOICE/ QUOTATION VALIDITY: The invoice/ quotation is valid for 14 days from the date of issue. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the invoice will be cancelled, and the order may be considered void.

3. PRICES: Prices listed on the invoice are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and are Ex-works, unless specified otherwise in writing.

4. SHIPPING, DUTIES AND TAXES: Shipping, duties, and taxes are included on the invoice and quoted based on the size/ volume and origin of the order.

5.DELIVERY OF GOODS/ SERVICES: Goods/services will be delivered/rendered upon receipt of full payment as per agreed-upon terms. Any delivery dates or timelines mentioned in invoice are approximate and may be subject to change.

6.RETURNS: Please inspect all Goods carefully prior to applying, cutting, or hanging. Every effort is made to ensure that you receive your fabric, wallpaper, and paint in the best possible condition, however errors can happen, including damage and creasing during transit. If you experience a problem, please contact our team immediately, and not later than 30 days from invoice. Goods cannot be returned for credit once cut, applied, or treated. Non-faulty made to order paint cannot be returned. We cannot be held responsible for any labour charges or consequential losses incurred.

7.FAULTY GOODS or Goods sent in error will be credited in full if returned within 30 days of invoice.

8.CREDITS can only be given when returned Goods have been agreed and delivered to the relevant brands warehouse, within 14 days of receipt of the authorised returns paperwork. All returns must be returned in their original packaging as damaged returns will not be accepted for credit. We can only accept returns for FR treated goods, paste, paint, display lengths, rugs, and discontinued products if they are faulty. We will accept returns for Readymade products (i.e., curtains, duvets) if you change your mind or they are no longer required, as long as the packaging has not been opened. For Goods returned outside of this period, Customer Services will arrange inspection, and the decision of replacement, repair or refund will be at our discretion. For Goods that are returned as faulty that, on inspection, no fault is found, we reserve the right to charge a handling charge, plus any associated carriage fee, as detailed below.

9.GOODS ORDERED IN ERROR have minimum return quantities and they must be the same product and batch number; for wallpaper – 3 rolls, and for fabric – 3 metres. There will be a 25% handling charge, plus, any associated carriage costs. The handling charge will be reduced to 15% if a replacement order is placed at the same time. Wide width fabric (3 metres) is subject to a AED 525 per parcel surcharge. Please note that the minimum returns handling charge is AED 100 excluding VAT. The carriage charge back to the brands warehouse will be deducted from the credit note value. Please note above the circumstances in which we do not accept returns.
