Jai and Natasha founded Design Library in 2023, having spent close to a decade working together at Sanderson Design Group Middle East where they built a reputation for quality luxury interior brands and high standards of service.
Meet the Team
Jai Powdrill
Managing Partner
Jai's journey to the interiors industry began when he moved to Dubai in 2006 and fell in love with the commercial wallcoverings trade. In 2014, he set up the Middle East operation for Sanderson Design Group, and it was there that he was soon joined by Natasha. With extensive experience in the MENA and APAC markets, Jai has delivered numerous high-profile residential and contract projects throughout his career.
Natasha Reisenhofer
Partner
Natasha graduated with a Masters in Textile Design from Chelsea College of Art, London. From working on a Sustainable Development Project in Thailand and managing art galleries both in the UK and UAE, to writing interiors trend reports for WGSN, Natasha’s colourful career has allowed her to gain valuable insights across a range of inter-connected industries.
Based in Dubai for more than a decade, Natasha has over the years worked with designers across the globe to deliver interiors solutions for a wide array of impressive design projects, encompassing royal palaces, high-end residential projects and more.
Alipsha Mohanty
Key Account Manager
Alipsha began her career with leading global fashion groups PVH, SMCP, and Hugo Boss shaping product and sales strategies for the Middle East, working closely with global design and sales teams, and managing key regional partners. With a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Technology, Textile & Marketing and over a decade of experience, she has developed deep expertise in fabrics, craftsmanship, consumer behaviour, and commercial strategy. Her passion for interiors grew from her love of fabrics, textures, materials, and the stories they carry—now guiding her work in creating inspiring spaces. When the corporate day ends, she shifts into her other identity, trading spreadsheets for city streets, chasing sunsets on her motorbike.
Jenelyn Embestro
Sales Support Administrator
Jenelyn is an interior design graduate who supports the day-to-day operations of our showroom in Dubai. Her role spans sample management, sales support, and customer service, ensuring the showroom runs smoothly and efficiently.
Working closely with both clients and the internal team, she coordinates orders, responds to enquiries, and manages requests with care and attention to detail, helping to keep daily operations on track and moving forward seamlessly.
