What products does Design Library offer?

We offer a wide range of high-end fabrics, wallpapers, rugs, and trims from leading UK brands. Every brand is selected for quality, craftsmanship, and high service levels.

Do you provide wallpaper installation, curtain, and upholstery services?

We supply products only; however, we can recommend trusted and experienced partners based on your specific requirements.

How should I care for Design Library products?

Our products are made to the highest standards and we recommend following the care instructions provided with each item. For fabrics, wallpapers, and rugs, please consult the specific brand guidelines or speak to our team for tailored advice.

Where is the Design Library showroom?

The Design Library showroom is located conveniently on the Mezzanine Floor, Unit M15, in the Kia Flagship Building. 

We welcome clients, designers, and trade partners to browse our full collection.

Do you offer design services?

Our team is always here to offer expert product advice; however, if you require full interior design services, we work with outstanding designers and can provide recommendations based on your needs and requirements.

What are Design Library's lead times?

Lead times vary depending on the brand and product type. Most fabric and wallpaper orders are stocked in the UK or Italy and will arrive within 7–14 working days of payment.  Custom-made or bespoke items may require additional time. Our team will check stocks and provide estimated lead times upon order placement.  Please note all dates provided are an estimate and subject to change.

How long does shipping take and how much will it cost?

Delivery times depend on the destination and courier service. Shipping charges will be confirmed at the time of ordering.

What type of payments does Design Library take?

We accept payments via bank transfer and credit card.  Full payment is required before dispatch.

What is Design Library's policy on returns and refunds?

We do not accept returns unless the product is identified as damaged within 48 hours of delivery. In such cases, please contact us immediately, prior to makeup and/or installation, with photos so we can arrange an exchange or refund. Custom-made items are non-refundable unless there is a proven manufacturing defect.
